I love my knitting group. Yes, people have made fun of me in the past for being in a knitting group before I turned 50 but that doesn't bother me. I love them. Maybe it's because they are my first. You know how sometimes when you try something out for the first time and it's so wonderful that anything else it just not good enough? That happened to me with yoga too. I had the best instructor in Berkeley and after that, everyone else just didn't cut it.
Although, it's a good thing boyfriends are not that way because that would not be very healthy.

I get so much shit for being in a knitting group, but I think at the same time people think it's pretty cool. I also love our group!
Do you remember Doris Gigee from camp? (RIP) Well she was so cute and her and I would spend every afternoon knitting at different locations around camp! It's one of my fave staff member memories :)
