Friday night I stayed at the church (All Saints Lutheran) with eight kids from the youth group. We woke around 5:15 to get set up for the Balloon Fiesta Breakfast! What a beautiful morning for the mass ascension and about 60-70 people showed up. It was so fun to be outside at dawn and watch the sun rise over the mountains. Balloon Fiesta is for two weeks (I think) and I'm so excited to be around for it. Although I've heard traffic is horrible!! At least it has started on a good note.
